Main features of the machine
1. Machine structure
♦The machine structure is made of 12mm (T) square steel pipe and 25mm (T) steel plate, back-fired cast steel, customized by professional machinery company. The weight is 3 tons. ♦The new anti-rust welding method can prevent the welding joint of the frame from rusting.

2. Cutting the plate

3. Auto focus height follower
♦In order to avoid defocusing laser cutting when cutting metal plates of different thicknesses, it is also suitable for cutting curved or uneven metal plates, this automatic focus height follower is suitable for laser cutting systems. ♦The automatic sensor senses the capacitance from the tip of the isolated cutting nozzle to the metal being cut. Then input these data into the height follower controller. If the metal plate has a wavy surface or is not flat, the focal height follower can ensure that the distance between the focal positions of the metal plate to be cut is constant, so that consistent cutting quality can be achieved. It can avoid the defects caused by the undulation of the metal surface, and it can also prevent the nozzle head from being damaged and hitting the uneven metal plate.
