General introduction of the equipment
1. The high power laser thermal treatment series complete equipment is an integrated system of optic, mechanism and electric. It consists of high power semi-conductor fiber coupling laser source with high quality laser beam and high running reliability, assorted specialized water chiller unit, outer optical path laser guiding system, focusing optical system, coaxial collimation system, four-axle 3 linkages laser thermal treatment tool, and Siemens 808D numerical control system, etc.
2. This equipment adopts the motion form of single cantilever type flying optical path. The tool is equipped with X, Y, Z three straight feeding axles and one horizontal rotating main axle, these axles jointly constituting four axles arbitrary three axes linkage laser guiding processing system. The equipment can accomplish three laser processing as surface hardening, surface alloying and cladding, normally applied to axis parts, sleeve parts, plane parts, etc. With its extensive application in mining, steel, aerospace, even civilian use products and other industrial fields, the manufacture quality of corresponding industrial equipment has been highly improved.

Laser cladding machine parts
Laser transmission system.
The function of laser transmission system is to transmit the laser, which is generated by the laser source, to the laser processing head after switching, and finally make it work on the surface of workpieces. The laser transmission system includes fiber, laser head. The laser head is equipped on the sixth axle of the robot.
1. Transmission fiber
During the processing, the laser is transmitted to the laser head. The system adopts LASERLINE specialized transmission fiber. The transmission fiber is with standard joints, which can be connected quickly with different processing head, with easy installation and disassembly. While transmitting power, the fiber has a perfect function of self-protection. The specification is as follows: function model, core diameter 1000um, length 20 M.
2. Optical head
The optic head transmits the laser beam to the surface of workpiece for thermal treatment m (hardening) or laser cladding processing.
Laser cladding/ hardening head
It’s adopted the laser cladding head originally imported from the Laserline company, with spot diameter Ф3.8mm.
