The main components of the welding machine host are: machine base, X-axis component, Y-axis component, Z-axis component, gantry pressing mechanism, welding lifting platform and other components. The laser beam is introduced into the laser welding head via a three-axis (XYZ) light guide system. The X-axis part adopts the rack and pinion drive, the servo motor is driven by the speed reducer; the Y-axis part and the Z-axis part adopt the screw drive, and the servo motor drives; the Y-axis part is provided with the follow-up pressure roller, and the pressure wheel can be lifted independently; X The axis component and the Y axis component interpolate motion to achieve a circular motion path. The gantry pressing mechanism is distributed on both sides of the welding area, and the steel structure is subjected to artificial annealing; both ends of the head are lifted by the cylinder to facilitate the introduction of the sheet material, and the lower limit can be manually adjusted by the amount of pressing; the two sides of the beam are densely pressed by the material roller. Each nip roller can be independently adjusted to achieve the best compaction effect. The main body of the welding lifting platform is a steel structure, the upper surface is made of copper plate, the cylinder is lifted, and the plate material is pressed together with the pressing roller on the gantry pressing mechanism; the welding platform is provided with a welding process slot, and the notch design is welded. The gas path is protected, and the back of the welding process sheet material is welded, and the welding area is cooled by water.

The pneumatic system of the machine tool is supplied with compressed air from a dedicated air compressor or a factory centralized air supply system. After being cleaned and processed by a cold dryer, the air is supplied to the pneumatic system of the machine tool. The main functions are:
