Advanced fiber laser cutter



Multi functions as following are supported: 

  • flying cutting, 
  • automatic frame search

After loading material, the operator needs not to accurately position the sheet material. Through automatic frame-finding, the CNC laser cutter can automatically confirm the position where the sheet material is placed and automatically adjust the programmed angle of the coordinate system to adapt to the position where the sheet material is placed. No human accurate positioning of the sheet material is needed any longer, thus significantly reduces labor intensity, makes the operator load material more easily, and improves the efficiency. 

  • Multistage punching, 
  • sheet material surface height track control (follow-up function)

The Z axle allows sheet material surface height tracking control to adapt to different evenness of sheet materials. The function is integrated in the CNC system, and provides quicker response, better sensitivity and higher servo precision compared to conventional CNC system.

  • laser power ramp control,     

  During acceleration and deceleration of the CNC laser cutter,  CNC system can adjust the laser power ramp according to the real time speed of the CNC laser cutter to ensure consistent quality of processing section. The function is also integrated in the CNC system, and provides quicker response and better instantaneity compared to conventional CNC system.

  • Rollback function,

If the laser cutting stops due to failure, the machine can cut the workpiece previously being cut again after returning along the outline path of the workpiece to prevent scraping the work piece.

  • Breakpoint return function 

If the laser cutting stops due to failure, the X, Y and Z motion axles can be moved; the cutting nozzle is repaired or replaced; the machine is returned to the breakpoint and restarted to begin cutting to prevent scraping the work piece. 

  • Height sensor automatic calibration function 

Manual height sensor calibration is inconvenient and cumbersome, and requires high level operators. With the laser cutting system using automatic calibration method, no cumbersome operations are needed, and the CNC laser cutter can rapidly calibrate the height sensor automatically.
