High Strength Whole Welding Cutting Bed
1. Our gantry-type flying optical path structure working table has been annealed to relieve internal stress strictly, thus significantly improves the rigidity and stability of the CNC laser cutter.

Simple introduction of traditional cutting process
Compared with other hot cutting method, the same as a hot cutting process, other methods do not work in a tiny area like a laser beam, resulting in wide notch, large heat affected zone and obvious workpiece deformation. Laser cutting machine can cut non-metallic,but other hot cutting methods can not. Comparison of different cutting equipment is here below:
1. plasma cutting
Cutting speed is not only obviously faster than oxyacetylene cutting, but cutting quality is poorer, scrap edge top becomes a round head shape and trimming is waving, but also prevents ultraviolet radiation from arc, poison gas and dust particles in cutting process. It is slightly better than laser cutting machine is that it is suitable for cutting thick steels and aluminum alloy that has high albedo to beam etc.
2. saw cutting
Cutting thin metal, slower speed than laser cutting, and laser as a tool of flexible without contact and shape cutting can cut the material from any direction and any point. From this, cutting is hard to do.
3. electric processing
General there have two kinds of methods, electric spark and electro chemical machining, to take use of electricity corrosion or fusion effect for fine processing of hard material. Incision roughness is good, but compared with laser cutting machine ,its speed slows several orders of magnitude.
