Light Guiding System
The function of light guiding system is to transmit the produced laser beam to laser head, make it finally working on the work piece surface. Light system, including optical fiber, laser head and so on,laser head fixed on the sixth shaft of the robot.
2.1 Feeding fiber: During the laser processing, through the optical fiber, laser will be transferred to the cladding head. The system use LASERLING special conductive fiber. Conductive fiber is equipped with standard connectors, can change with different processing head quickly, easy to dis-assembly and assembly.The fiber has perfect self-protection function during energy transmission; .Specifications are as follows: LLK-D type , core diameter 600 um, length 20 m.
2.2.Optical head: the optical head will conduct a laser beam to the surface for laser cladding or heat treatment (quenching) processing. System is equipped with two sets of laser head: laser cladding head choose imported Laserline, spot size for Ф 3 mm; laser heat treatment (quenching) head choose AK390 type,with one piece inclined mirror reflector and one piece integral mirror, the spot size is 22 mm * 3 mm.
