Description
 

The Z axis device is a part of the lifting movement of the cutting head. Cutting head of the lifting movement is 

controlled by the CNC servo motor,motor drive ball screw,driven by the Z axis of the upper and lower reciprocating 

motion to complete, the Z axis of the stroke is 120mm, both ends of the upper and lower ends are used to control 

the switch, while the ball screw at both ends with an elastic cushion to ensure the safety of movement. Ball screw 

and linear guide rail are used in high quality products, to ensure the accuracy of the transmission.

Z axis can be used as a numerical control axis for its separate interpolation movement, while the X, Y axis linkage, 

and can be controlled by cutting the electronic part of the head to meet the needs of different situations. Since the 

Z axis is controlled by the numerical control system, the precision of the servo system is relatively high and the 

stability is good. Cutting head seal with elastic buffer to ensure the life of cutting head.

The distance from the nozzle to the surface of the plate is detected by the capacitance sensor (installed on the 

cutting head) of the Z axis device, and the signal is fed back to the control system, and then the control system is 

controlled by the Z axis motor to drive the cutting head. The cutting head has a nut to adjust the focal length, and 

can adjust the position of the focus according to the material and thickness of cutting material. 

Nozzle is one of the vulnerable parts of the processing process, the user can spare some of the different aperture 

nozzle, to facilitate the replacement.

The Z axis is respectively provided with a linear guide rail seat and wire rod base grease nozzle, regular grease.
